1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Chelsea Morning Designs. By accessing this website or working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Chelsea Morning Designs provides website design and related creative services. All services are outlined in individual client proposals and contracts. The scope of each project is determined in writing prior to project start.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and fee.

3. Payments & Refunds

Project payment terms are outlined in each client contract.

Typically:

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your project start date.

  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to website launch.

Failure to submit final payment may delay project completion or launch.

Due to the custom nature of design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • The final website design becomes the property of the client.

  • Chelsea Morning Designs retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All templates, processes, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Chelsea Morning Designs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide required content, images, and materials in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have rights or licenses to all submitted materials

  • Communicate feedback within agreed timeframes

Project delays due to lack of content or communication may impact the agreed launch date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chelsea Morning Designs is not liable for:

  • Website downtime caused by third-party hosting platforms

  • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities

  • Client misuse or modification of the website after launch

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of specific financial or business outcomes.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Websites may be built on platforms such as Squarespace or Showit. Chelsea Morning Designs is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
